Appointment PolicyPleasant Hill Pediatrics understands that people have very busy schedules and that running late affects everyone. We are committed to keeping on time. Therefore, if you miss your appointment time, you may need to be rescheduled. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your appointment. We offer same day sick appointments. Please call early. If a sick appointment is needed for the next day, please make sure you call the morning of as we do not schedule SICK visit for next day. Referrals InformationSome insurance plans require referrals from us prior to seeing a sub specialist. It is necessary for us to determine if a referral is needed, so please insure that you have discussed a referral with our office before making an appointment. Referrals can be time consuming, so please contact us as soon as you make your appointment so we can be sure a referral is in place prior to your visit. |
